Established in early 2021 but with a combined 20+ years experience in property and hospitality, DC10 Accommodation is a family run serviced accommodation business based in the East Midlands.
With an assortment of properties ranging from 1 bedroom studio flats through to 5 bedroom detached houses, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the perfect home from home stay. Whether you're travelling for business, visiting Castle Donington for East Midlands Airport or Donington Park Race Track for leisure, or simply just a relaxing break in the countryside, we have you covered!

How we started
DC10 Accommodation grew entirely out of real-world experience. We started simple: a family managing our own properties, navigating everything from short-term and long-term residential lets.
Our hands-on approach and success caught the attention of neighboring landlords and property owners. Recognizing our knack for maximizing earning potential and keeping properties pristine, they began trusting us to take over and manage their investments.
That organic shift—from looking after our own properties to helping other owners succeed—is exactly why DC10 Accommodation was founded in early 2021.
